This Home Warranty program will cover the costs of maintenance and repair of your home systems and appliances. The home systems covered are electric and plumbing systems, central heating and air conditioning systems as well as water heater. The Home Warranty also provide coverage for unexpected repair expenses of your kitchen refrigerator, range or oven and cook top, clothes dryer, clothes washer and dishwasher.
How Warranty Works
In case of appliance or System breakdown, a call is placed to our customer service department to arrange for one of our technicians to come and carry out the diagnosis. If the breakdown is covered, the repair can be carried out free of charge or partially reimbursed, depending on the terms of the contract. A $50 deductible is applicable.
